Safety is our top priority!

 

It is the belief of Gen 3 Energy Services that our people are our most important asset and the preservation of employee safety and health must remain a constant consideration in every phase of our business. We will provide the resources necessary to manage, control, or eliminate safety and health hazards.

 

All employees are responsible for working safely and productively, as well as recognition and awareness of hazards in their work areas. Employees are also responsible for following safe work practices, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where necessary.

 

It is our belief that any safety program must have total employee involvement. Therefore, safety has management’s highest priority, support, and participation.

 

Production is not so urgent that we cannot take time to do our work safely.

• Safety training is the first job for our new employees.
   

• Hands on safety training at our on site training facility that we have built. This facility models real world tasks that our employees face, which allows us to properly train employees in a safe environment before stepping foot on a job site.

• Ongoing education and training from OSHA, NC 811, United Rentals Training Academy, American Red Cross and many of our equipment vendors such as Ditch Witch, Pipe Horn, CAT and more.                                                                                

• Drug Testing: Pre-Employment and Random Drug Testing.
